Before You Complete the Repair, Check for Recalls
When there is a Vehicle Manufacturer Safety Recalls, the customer should be advised.
Massachusetts- May 7, 2014– Working in the Automotive Service Industry brings with it a responsibility to not only educate each and every client about the condition of their vehicle, but also brings the responsibility to educate the customer about manufacturer Recalls, Investigations into possible defects, and consumer complaints.
“The relationship with our clients demands that we look out for their best interests”
Almost daily, we continue to hear about safety related recalls for many Cars, Trucks, and SUV’s. Nearly every manufacturer has announced some kind of recall. Recently Toyota announced another recall of over five million vehicles. General Motors continues to expand the recent recalls now totaling over seven million vehicles, and Honda recently recalled almost one million vehicles for possible fuel hazard (fire) issues. Ford, Chrysler, and Nissan have also recalled a number of vehicles recently.
“My service provider informed me that the repair they suggested was covered by a recall, and would be done at no cost to me. That’s why I trust My Technician!”
